i have had spots on hands frozen, because of the work i do very hard to keep them dry. have burst and one in particular is still weeping

I'm not sure what you are asking, unless if it's that what is weeping is a skin cancer? In my totally unmedical background, educated guess, I would say perhaps you might have a touch of ezcema? Do these spots on your hands ever itch?
