I am always tired, my stomach always hurts, I've tried eating only proteins, then only carbs, then only fruits and vegetables.....nothing works. I am also always constipated.

I've read through this website regarding IBS, but it seems that most people only have stomach pain or cramps every so often. Is it usual to have pain every single day???

Hi whiskey. I thought you posted earlier about having diarrhea and starting WelChol for bile salt diarrhea. Are you now constipated from it? If so, the dosage may be too high for you causing your problems.

Anyway for the first poster, try adding fiber to your diet to reduce the constipation, drink plenty of fluid, and take acidophilus capsules to regulate the friendly "gut" flora. Maybe this will help with your pain too.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Katie G
