Does anyone else get a fluttering feeling right in the middle of the breast or right below it .

Yes, and it's usually anxiety and my nerves. I do know that when I am really nervous or anxious my stomach turns and symptons get worse. SInce I've been on zanax that I take before bed, I am so much better and calmer.
