Hi all! I am lucky enough to be in the sunny south staying away from the cold and snow at home. Just checked in to read what's been happening. Wow, go away for a month or so, and so much going on with everyone! ;) :) ;)
So just to let you know I am thinking of you - sending big puffy clouds, blue skies, and sunny warmth to all of you. Close your eyes and feel the healing warmth of the sun on your neck and shoulders. Hang in there - as you are used to doing - you are a real bunch of troopers!
I'll be checking in more often when I get back in about another month.
Wishing you all peace and comfort,
Paddy55

Thank you paddy, I will enjoy that beautiful warmth and let it relax my tight shoulders. I am glad you are away and enjoying yourself, we will keep you in our thoughts and hope your fibro stays in the south and you come back healthy and well.

So happy to see you again, my own fault though. You take your time and stay in the sun. You wouldn't happen to be in Florida, somewhere by the nature coast, would you ? Not being nosy just wondering if you were close enough to have a cup of tea one day. We have a lot of candians that flock this way. But if not take care of yourself, enjoy and relax, we can all catch up upon your return ;)

The warmth is wonderful for the achy muscles :), and I think there is a benefit from staying warm versus getting chilled up north, clenching muscles, just makes the pain worse. My trips down here are always therapeutic in that way. At home, I would not be able to get out walking, the icy sidewalks etc. are treacherous! However, the sun is really bad for me - direct sun. For some reason, it drags energy from me, worsens the constant headache, and gives me rashes etc. So I love the warmth, but have to watch being right out in the sun, you know? BTW, it's Punta Gorda, a lovely town with lots of walking routes along the water, very friendly, kind folks.
Thanks for the greetings,
Paddy55
