Hi all,
I was just curious if any one had trouble with getting cramps in there feet? I have been getting cramps in my feet all the time. I can be standing in the shower or just pretty much doing nothing. Its getting on my last nerve. Anyhow my daughter had her baby, a little girl. She named her Natasha. This is my first grandchild. I'm very happy. She will be staying with me for a while, her husband is in the army. Anyhow If anyone can give advise I would apreciate it.

Congratulations on your new grandchild.
As to cramps, I used to have my worst cramps in my feet or calves, but it has been many months since I last had any cramp. Stretching daily and exercise has helped. I would place stretching highest as I only started my passive exercise the last week of December.
I stretch my feet and calve at the same time by leaning toward the wall. I also do toe raises. (raise my heels as high as I can go).

Have you had cramps when sleeping or only when you walking ?

The worst cramps were when I was sleeping (maybe because they jolted me out of my sleep!). I have had them while sitting or walking too, but they were not as "memorable". It has now been many months since I last "enjoyed" them; therefore, at this time I have placed them in my distant memory.
I continue to stretch, hydrate, and exercise.

I too have had cramping issues in my feet. For me they tend to happen when I am relaxing or during sleep. Haven't had any in the last few weeks.

tkdted, I'd heard of this before (and before I had MS) but forgot all about it. I don't have cramping but I'm curious; do you find that it works for you and how much do you take and in what form?
