Has anyone with IBS and diarrhea tried Primal Defense? I bought it a few days ago figuring it can't hurt. I understand you have to take it for a while before it works (the good bacteria, probiotics). I would like to know if it has helped anyone here. Thank you.

Yes-- Probiotics all help re-balance your intestinal friendly bacteria.

That is the probiotics I have been using for about a month. I take about 3 a day, evenly spaced apart on an empty stomach and I feel much better. I also eat yogurt 2 times a day. Within 2-3 days of starting I was feeling relief.
