Your symptoms sound like you may have a urinary tract infection which maybe at the beginning stages of a kidney infection.
Your best bet is to see your primary care.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

These symptoms actually sound more like a possible ectopic pregnancy. I had one two years ago and those were the sympoms I had for two weeks before they found out it was ectopic. You need to see your ob/gyn ASAP, if it is ectopic, you may get a false negative on a home pregnancy test (due to low hormones). Lower back pain is also a common symptom of pregnancy. I don't mean to alarm you, but if I am correct, this situation is urgent. You could also be pregnant and not have an ectopic pregnancy. A UTI is also a possibility because it could have infected your bladder and be infecting your kidney which would give you the pain in both locations (and a fever). If you have health insurance, there should be a phone number to a 24hr nurse line on your card; you should call them and explain them everything you've explained here. They are trained to give you an idea of what's going on over the phone and which Dr. to see first.
