Hi, I have been lucky for the past 3 days, I have felt not to bad, my shoulder and chest hurt but that is due I think to my degenerative ac joint. Well this morning I felt good enough to go for a walk with the dog. I got dressed put my boots on and that was it. All of a sudden I just started hurting all over. My dog was ready to go so I kept on going. It was a rather short walk today and I had to stop twice and sit down at a little hut for a few minutes. Now I am beat and would probably get much done at all today. The best though is I had 3 good days this month!

i think you made a very good point here. Only oneself knows how much they can and can't do on a daily basis. Fibro is such a mystery, and only each individual knows where their limits are.
Even to walk your dog is such a task but you knew when to stop and rest.
Good for you. I think anyone with fibro has to know their limits cause if we don't , it's the day after we pay bigtime pain.
