Hi, i usually get my period every 26-28 days its been 30. I know Im not preg. cause there is NO chance of that.. I had some light cramping a few days ago and though for sure it was going to start., but nothing yet.. My last period was also shorter then usual. Is this normal. It just has me kinda bugged because its never been over 29 days:confused:

My cycle was "fluctuating" (24-30 days) when I had an ovarian cyst a few years ago. I don't say you have one, too; I just tell you it was so in my case ;) I took herbal supplements then, which regulated my cycle. But now I have another cyst, though my periods are still regular (25-27 days).
