Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me some names of good books that can help me out. I am new to this and would like to get as much information as possible.
Thanks

Hi,

I use the book of Devin Starlanyl MD with the words figromyalgia and myofascial on the title. It covers more. I use it all of the time and it tells you why things hurt and where the pain comes from, varieties of treatments, to things to do for disability. Even when I travel, it goes with me. Welcome and good luck to you.

The two books I like are "From Fatigued to Fantastic" by Teitlebaum, and "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia" by St. Amand.

I got Dr. Tietelbaum's book From Fatigued To Fantastic and ordered all the supplements he suggested to try. I'm hoping to get the package today. He says it could take a few months to see results but supposedly he has a good success rate. I'll fill you all in as I go along to let you know if it works.

Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain by Devin Starlnyl. And "The Fibromyalgia Advocate by the same author. I got the first one first and it saved my sanity, then the 2nd one helped me deal with my docs and file for ssdi.

Hi, Thanks. I ordered books from the library, I am reading Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain by Devin Starlnyl right now. Great book. It is the first edition one, waiting for the second. I think I will buy this one for sure. I have ordered the others that everyone has told me about. Thanks.
it is incredible the things I have been finding out, symptoms that I have had and did not realize they were a part of it all.
