Does anyone wake up with a pounding headache when they take up? Lately this has been happening to me although. This does happen to me when I have livid dreams and i wake up in an anxiety attack it has to do with anxiety also. but lately it's been happening i have to just go to bad and take 2 pamprin's it hurts so bad. I do stay on the net a lot and I use my eyes so it could be that too.

Hi Snow,
Sitting at the computer does strain your eyes, but it may be because of hunching over your computer table and getting spasms between your shoulders. You may also consider getting a new pillow. The only one that works for me is one with a round indent in the middle, it cradles my neck. You might try wearing a cervical collar while you are working on your computer.

I was going to suggest other meds. Are you taking any other meds besides the pamprin? i would imagine that some meds could/would have that effect on you/us. hope you are feeling better.
