I was diagnosed 20 yrs ago with MS, had my ups and downs. I recently read the titled book "90 minutes in Heaven" and my life has improved immensely. Has anyone else read the book? I have found alot of common themes with depression, self loathing, as well as inability to receive help from others without grumbling. Boy what a dose of reality was I in for after reading this book. I stopped my self pitying and was able to focus on others and not myself. What a joy it has brought into my life. I wake up each day focusing not what I can't do, but what I can! It's pretty amazing what I can still do. I look forward to <hearing from> with anyone that has an interest.
Thanks, Tyler

Hi Tyler.
I was diagnosed last March 17th and I've adjusted pretty well. I read the book last year after a friends 16 year old son died from ALS. It made me feel much better knowing my friend is at peace finally. I have given the book to others and told many about it and have had great response from all that have read it.
Hope you are feeling well and have a great spring! It is coming you know, just maybe not soon enough! lol.
