my sister-in-law is suffering from scabs all over her head. She has tried a few over the counter treatments, however, she does not have insurance at this time and needs to have some relief and help for her problem...I notice that she is constantly picking at her head and I feel badly for her and want to know if there is something she can do to help the situation
