Does anyone have feedback as to their experiences with the VA and treatment therapies that are being pushed? I am a disabled veteran retired almost 20 years ago with MS. It has gotten progressively worse from relapse remitting to chronic progressive. Please advise as to course of treatment being pursued. Any additonal positive/ negative commentary would be appreciated.

The last issue referenced VA studies which involved sleep problems and MS. I was in the military until MS forced me out. I think that much of your concern would depend upon VA locations.
As you are progressive, me too, the only recourse I would suggest is to eat right, avoid your triggers, stretch your muscles, stay hydrated, get sufficient rest, and keep moving (as well as cognitive exercises).
