Can someone tell me what this is, what it does, and where i can get it? I have ibs-d and was wondering if this is something that i should try.Right now i am on an antispasm drug to slow down the bowel but it almost seems to make it worse.I have only been taking it for 2 weeks and feel i should use it longer to see if it will help.Any feedback would be great!!!

The anti-spasm meds didn't work for me either, they just made me sleepy. There is another topic on here somewhere about Librax and how it doesn't work for people.
Acidophilis is what is in yogurt, well most yogurt. You can also get capsules of it at pharmacies or health food stores, usually in a refrigerated display. It puts good bacteria into your digestive system, where its supposed to be. It also fights yeast, which can cause a lot of digestive problems also.
