Hi,
Am noticing more and more that doing certain things causes my hands to cramp up.
Tweezing my eyebrows, peeling veggies, writing, braiding hair and so on.
I find that my hands seem to cramp up, stiffen and kind of start "freezing" up, usually need to rest my hands every few minutes and flex my fingers to relieve the stiffness and crampy feeling.
Also get mild tremors as well at times.
Anyone else??

Me too! My hands cramp all too often. I spread my hand out on the surface of the table or desk and press down to stretch my muscles. This has helped. I also soak my hands in cold water to alleviate the cramps too.

Hi
My hands cramp because I am a book keeper and typing annoys them and I soak them in cold water and keep a mild hand lotion on hand to massage in. Hope this helps.
