I have no idea if I am posting on the right page or not, but if anyone can help me I would be grateful. For as long as I can remember (at least the last 7-8 years) I have had morning sickness.
In the past this has not been an everyday occurance so I kinda brushed it off to not sleeping enough, or taking meds too late, or smoking...but lately I get this almost every day. Even on the days when i don't i feel like I am going to get sick.
Sorry for the gross factor here. What I am throwing up is white or yellow (or both) mucus. Not a lot, but 4-5 heaves worth, plus a lot of dry coughing.
Like I said, I have brushed this off for a long time but it is at the point where I have a sore throat and is affecting my work and I dread getting up knowing i will be sick. My mom is worried too.

Have you ever seen a Dr. for this. Does it seem to happen before or after a bowel movement?

I haven't seen a doctor for this specifically because I always brushed it off. I am trying to get an appointment but it won't be for awhile.
This doesn't seem to be related to any of my bowel movements though, it is more as soon as I wake up in the morning.
