View Full Version : Not organised and looking at self hypnosis as my tool.

Over the last year, I have been focused back on weight training, my muay Thai, yoga, and a horde of other things. It seems that I do fine and nail it all when I am single. Now that my girlfriend is living with me, it seem I miss more workouts, training sessions, eat foods I shouldn't, don't iron for the week, work on my book, and etc. I've been struggling so hard with these things and I've come to the point now where I am completely unorganized and nothing is getting done now.

So I'm falling back to self hypnosis to see if this can help along with coming up with a solid schedule. I've been hypnotized before many years ago when I was in the military with a psychiatrist I was seeing for depression. At that time, I used to practice a self session of just repeating my desired intention about 10 times before I went to bed.

How effective is that? Is there another way? Anyone willing to help me on the proper technique?
