We just want to be safe and i was wondering if Plan B will affect her body given the fact she missed taking yaz one day but doubled it the next day. Been on yaz for several months, will Plan B pill mess things up or will her yaz cycle be fine?

If she is late taking a pill, she should read the instructions that come with her pill to be sure to do what she's supposed to do. In some cases, one day late does not require any action and taking plan b is unnecessary.
Considering how big a hormone dose Plan B is, I would expect her body to have some reaction to it, like it messing up her cycle.
