After having composite white fillings, I fell unusual kind of sensitivity which can occur. Here the tooth is not sensitive when i clench my teeth together, but will experience a sharp pain when food is chewed in particulars point of filling. I am not clear what causes this, I went to my dentist he Replacing the filling with another composite filling but the sensitivity still now a have no hot sensitivity. My dentist

My guess it will just take time for the sensitivity to lessen or go away. Sometimes just the act of filling my teeth make them ache for months. Good luck.
