I'm 27 yo male and I do have General Anxiety Disorder, on lexapro.
For 3 weeks now I have had a dull pain/ache in just the right side of my throat in the front under my jaw area when i swallow. last week it was also accompanied by the pain shooting up to my right ear but that only lasted 2 days its now gone.
Could this be do to anxiety or stress?
I am worried now that I might have a tumor in my thyroid or lymphoma even though everyone says my lymph nodes don't feel swollen.

I have an appt on march 9th with an ENT but i am just worried right now because ive had this for like 3 weeks

Johnny,

This may be anxiety/stress. Have you discussed it with your general physician or psychiatrist? There aren't many common causes of this issue that would effect a 27 yo guy. Do you have a long history of smoking or chewing tobacco?
