I would like to know if it's true HPV can remain undetected by any sort of testing yet still be active. How long and how often does it lay undetected? How long between test and result in an infected member (is it possible for same day results specifically)? Lastly how long does it take for the type of HPV to be discovered (also wondering if its possible for same day results?)?

on a less important side note: how is a test processed?
