my boyfriend was just diagnosed with genital warts and he does have a wart but nothing like described what a genital wart does look like. He is blamming me but I have no signs of genital warts. If it was from me then why would he have a flare up and not me. He kept it from me and I found out

HPV does not have to manifest itself as an active infection to be contagious. In fact you can be a carrier of the virus and never show any symptoms at all.
The only way he can place blame on you is if he has NEVER had any sexual contact with anyone else (and I saw contact but HPV is passed via intimate skin to skin contact).
