I had the most unbelievable week last week. my neighbors in the apartment were fighting and I got drug into the fight, which made coming home every day really nerve wracking, but friday at closing time at work, I was told that 5 people got fired, some of them had worked there over 25 years, I thought they meant " laid off" because no one has ever been fired at me work, and they were all good people, but i found out that the company, to avoid paying workers comp, has been setting people up for months and firing them on the tiniest of infractions, nothing like this has happend in my 14 years there, and my nerves are frayed. I had horrible nightmares friday night and have been hyperventilating all weekend. I can accept being laid off, but the thought of being fired based on lies is just really terrifying to me.
