I had oral surgery on the left side of my face.. but now I am experiencing numbness and somwhat of a lazy eye on the right side ..is this normal??

NOT normal. You should call your physician immediately, as this may be a sign of an infection or bleeding that could be compressing nerves in that area. It may be nothing, although without knowing what type of surgery you had or how your eye really looks, you should talk to yoru surgeon.
