If my partner (female) was tested positive for Chlamydia and I (male) was not; could I have passed it to her without being infected myself?

No, it's not possible to pass it to her if you weren't infected to begin with. It is possible, though, to give it to someone and not know you have it due to lack of symptoms. However, if you got tested and you're clean, she obviously picked it up somewhere else.
