i am 18 years old i have HPV. i was wondering if ill always have this disease and whether it will have any effects on me in the future.. will i transmit it when i get married?

Once you have HPV, it is with you for life. It is transmitted by skin to skin contact, so yes. Any strain(s) of HPV that you have you will share with your husband. Any strain(s) of HPV he possibly has will be shared with you. If anyone has any sexual contact (not just sexual intercourse) it is possible for him/her to be exposed to HPV (one or more strains).
No one can determine how it will affect you. Most people never know they have been exposed to HPV. Some people develop problems from it.

i heard the virus is cleared by the immune system in 12-24months.. so i dnt get it.. do i hv to pass it to my wife.. will this lead to cervix cancer..??

Most people are able to fight the virus so it doesn't cause future problems, but the virus is still there. It can become active later in life (kind of like how the virus that causes chicken pox can resurface as shingles when someone is older). The virus never goes away. It just might not be causing problems.
High risk HPV does not always lead to cervical cancer. It can, but it isn't automatic.
