If I have the HPv cancer kind....can this be given to my husband if the cancerious cells have been removed and I have been treated?

Once you have HPV, you have it. The virus may not cause any more problems for you (since you've had some procedure to remove atypical cells), but that doesn't mean it won't cause a problem for you (or a partner) in the future.

Just to add to Pickle's comments, there is also nothing to say that it will not come back in the future to affect you. Since your doctor can only remove the tissue which shows to be abnormal at the time, and since the virus can remain despite treatment you too can also be affected again in the future. Men with high risk HPV typically have no symptoms and do not have the issues wiht progression to malignancy which women experience unless of course they also have other concurrent medical issues such as HIV/AIDS.
