I just noticed some sort of sore on the roof of my mouth yesterday, I do have a history of canker sores, and possibly have had a cold sore on my lips, also I have white cluster of dots which i have vigorously researched and not sure what it could be possibly fordyce syndrom or somen not sure on spelling, also caliac disease maybe but i have no idea anychance there can be relations to therse?

I only get sores when I bite my lip or hurt my gums. Nothing MS related. When I do get them, I make sure I am getting plenty of water and I increase my Vitamin C levels.
