So I have 2 full crowns on my 2 front teeth and have had them for the last 5 years. 2 days ago a I accidentally hit one of them head on with the end of my toothbrush. The crown did not come off, nothing broke or cracked but the tooth has had a dull aching ever since it happened. Has anyone had a similar experience? Does the pain fade or should I have it looked at? It just feels odd and I am a little alarmed. Thoughts anyone?
