Hi all,

I had a colposcopy yesterday and they took approximately 5 biopsies...they used a ton of Monsel's solution to stop the bleeding. There's a bunch of it blocking my vaginal opening now, it's stuck and not naturally coming out. I know it's only been a day, but it just seems to be blocking any discharge or anything else from coming out. I'm hoping it will just expel itself in a couple days. I'm not going to mess with it, that's for sure. Anyone else experience something similar?

Thank you....

YES! I had the same thing.

My vagina had a reaction and swelled up . . . nothing could come out.

I would have gone back to the gyno, but I went on trip so I was out of town. It got a bit better within a couple of days, and was completel resolved in about a week.
