My daughter is 19 years old, is 6 feet tall, weighs 273 and is biracial (I say this only because I don't know if the sympton or condition is specific to race, i.e., sickle cell).
Her heartbeat on a normal day, when she is not being active, has been measured at between 54 and 32. She seems to have poor circulation as her hands and feet are most often very cold.
She has on occasion, sneezed and had a short "black out" period.

If you haven't already done so, I would encourage her to go to the doctor and get some tests run. Has she been tested for sickle cell? That is an abnormally slow heart (especially the 30's reading) and the cold hands and feet could be due to poor circulation. I wish you both well.
