I'm considering getting my tubes tied after this baby is born (in August). Is anyone thinking of doing this too? This will be my 3rd, and when it's born I'll be 27. My doctor suggested it and I think if I'm already in the hospital I might as well get it done. But I'm worried about the after effects. My sis-in-law and Mom have both had it done. Both had c-sections (I haven't/will not be). My sis-in-law has to have surgery every 6 months to remove the cysts which are very painful and expensive. My mom has had endometriosis 4 times and 1 tubal pregnancy that had to be removed. I'm a bit concered about these problems that they've had. What to do??? Advise? Input? Anyone's 2 cents? Please!
