When I have the pain it is two inches below right breast and just behind in back area (wing bone area)also my lower ribs on right are also very tender, hard to take deep breaths and real hurting...lasts until I get up out of bed and stay up for a bit, then it settles down..I ate a chicken patty sandwich before going to bed last night..I wonder if that has anything to do with my prob..

Fatty and spicy food problems are more likely to be gallbladder related. Pain is too high up to be kidney stone related.

Get this checked out. If it is not gallstones, then it could be an inflammation of the gallbladder if no stones show up.
