why is it so high when i am takeing 4 diffrent
meds 4 it . i am getting sick of it, also i am getting scard to,

I was taking two different meds for high blood pressure and it was 'still' high, 199/99 and would spike to 240/115. Alittle over two years ago i started on herbal & vitamins supplement therapy and a very healthy organic diet, I eat lots of garlic and i take calcium for my bp.Also deep breathing exercises, will relax you & lower your blood pressure.Also laughter & pet therapy helps too. I know it sounds silly, but theses are proven (natural)methods for lowering your pressure. Please try NOT to worry, easier said then done, i know :)
