I posted this message in two places and it ended up getting deleted from both places. I guess I am doing something wrong but I still could use some help in finding the answer to this question. Thought I would just try this again only posting it in one place. I just was not sure where to post it as I may have PCOS and am also being tested for cancer. Please advise.
Hi! I just had a transvaginal ultrasound and have obtained the results but have not yet gone over them with my doctor. Sooo... as you may expect I am trying to decifer the results on my own. Does anyone know what it means in radiological terms that "the right ovary is not identified"? I am guessing that since there was no reference to anything relating to the right ovary that it means they could not see it? Or does it just mean it was OK? Has anyone else had these results and been told what that means? Thanks so much!
