You could cure UTI's like this and as long as the infection is still limited to the bladder, then that is ok. However, once it goes to the kidneys it then becomes a lot more serious.

However, both can be cured successfully with the correct HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES, with CANTHARIS being one of the main remedies for bladder infections. Homeopathy is not the same as herbs, so don't get the two confused.

Homeopathy can help these infections without the need for antibiotics, so if you want to use the alternatives, I would suggest that you consult either a fully qualified classical homeopath or an ND (Naturopathic Doc) that uses homeopathy and other alternative treatments.

Based on my experience with kidney infections. I tried all the things you mentioned. It didn't help me.
My reccomendation to you is to try both cause without the antibiotics the infection would not go away. Maybe they will work for you. Good Luck!
