Hi everybody, my name is Kelly and I am 24 years old. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, migraines, TMJ, chronic fatigue and I also have Harrington rods in my back from a 1999 spinal fusion. To add to all of my problems over the past few weeks I have experienced sleep paralysis three times. I didn't even know there was such a thing until I googled "can't move while sleeping" and articles on sleep paralysis came up. Because of my chronic fatigue I did have a sleep study done this past summer but it only reveled that I have mild sleep apnea. Is this something I should worry about? Thanks so much for your help!

From what I've read about it Kelly it's not supposed to be dangerous. It's very scary though. I read that it can be related to sleep apnea. I also read that for most people it stops happening after age 30.
