Any type of birth control with estrogen in it (pills, rings, patches, etc.) has the potential to enlarge your breasts, even a low dose pill such as Yaz. I do trust that you're using it for it's intended purpose, though, and not just to enlarge your breasts, as there can be many unwanted side effects of hormonal birth control.

probably will. Ive been on yaz for 9 months, and i think they got slightly bigger, but not a whole lot.
