Hey guys..
I'm 18yrs old guy and my patents(esp. mom) tell I talk while sleeping.

Some points I heard:

I speak very clearly, just like while talking when I'm awake
I speak in English(I don't speak English with anyone when I'm awake) when my cousin brother tries to wake me up
This problem is from many years(just talking, not in english)
I was sitting up in the night(till few years ago)
I rotate(till few years ago)
I was screaming(till 7-8 years ago)


I dunno what I talk about. Sometimes mom was telling some sentences, those were never related to me, matters I didn't concentrate much, words I can't expect as a dialog with anyone I know etc.,

I wanna know:
How to stop [I]Sleep Talking?
