So I don't know if you have an answer but well here it goes. So ever since I was little sometimes when I was trying to go to sleep something a little weird happens. All of the sudden things seem to amplify to an extreme. For example sounds. Everything sounds like its yelling in my ear without the pain. Another thing is how fast things seem to go. Everything feels like it just went into turbo mode and won’t slow down. With all of that I seem to notice a lot more. Things just seem to pop out and seem so much bigger. After 5min to half an hour it all goes back to normal and then I can get to sleep. Usually I get up and try to walk it off, which sometimes helps. It used to happen more often as a child but once in a great while it still occurs (like this very moment). Any ideas on what this is? Or am I just weird?
