Do you drink a lot of water? I find that if I don't have enough fluids, I get very hungry. Try drinking plenty of water with each meal or even before meals. Also, if you are an active person, you might just have to eat more. When I up my exercise, I have to eat a bit more to keep up my energy level. Take a look at the foods you are eating too. Try to eat things that fill you up with fiber in it. Some foods have a lot of calories and aren't even that filling. Adding some light soup or fruits and veggies to meals can help fill you up more without adding too many calories. Good luck!

I used to be like you, and I always thought i had a eating disorder where I couldnt stop eating but in actual fact, my diet was just not balanced. Try to eat foods that will fill you up. I would suggest eating a breakfast high in protien, it puts me on the right track everyday. Eggs for example. and maybe a slice of bread for some grain! Just make it balanced. My friend came to me and was like " i cant stop eating" chips and junk dont satiate you. You need whole grains, fruits ,vegetables, and lean meats

As mentioned previously dehydration places a MAJOR role in hunger. I thought as well that I was always hungry, turns out that I was thirsty.

To mokeela,
I myself have a hormone imbalance and used to be constantly hungry and a figure to go with it. I can help curb the hunger pangs. Let me know what you eat in a typical week and I can show you where to improve and get more energy and without needing to constantly top up. jo
