a close friend of mine was just given a 25% chance of lliving, his pancreas and liver are gone due to alchohol. He was diabetic, what would it take for him to recover is it possible? he was admitted 3 days ago and now isn't urinating, can't they cathereritze him and get things moving by that and suppositories, is there any kind of treatment to help?

don't know what your friend has.
what i do know is that you say his pancreas and liver are gone, these organs are vital to his recovery. they can, but we don't know why he's not urinating, perhaps his kidneys are shutting dow as well. we don't know your friends condition, ask the medical staff at the hospital all the questions, i'm sure they are the only one's that can answer your questions right now, as they know what is going on with your friend.
hope your friend recovers.
