Anyone have high cortisol by saliva testing?? My levels are high all day.
I am starting on a protocol from holistic MD... anyone else have luck with anything?
I am also hypothyroid, have SVT. My symptoms are anxiety at times, chest tightness,muscle spasms, insomnia ( high levels at night), fatigue, "jumpy" at loud noises, stressed out... ect.
