I am new at this site so forgive me if I am not doin this right. I recently went to the doctors for stomach pains that just wouldnt go away. After an ultrasound my doctor informed me that there were lessions on my liver and it was nothing to worry about...Has anyone else had this problem? What causes lessions on the liver and how do they treat them?

What did the doctor say was causing it and how is he/she treating it?
Hepatic adenoma (HA) and focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) are benign liver lesions often associated with the use of oral contraceptive pills. HA has been associated with malignant transformation but FNH has not.
