I have sustained multiple injuries to my left ankle and have had a brostrom repair, a left Jones fracture, and torn cartilage. I still have multiple sprains a year. Usually, my toes hurt a lot with the sprains which prolongs my time on crutches. This time, I'm 5 wks out from the sprain and am off crutches. Still can't bend the toes much or the ankle so I have a prominent limp. Weight doesn't hurt, just the bending and pushing off. I am wondering if I have injured my toes this time? Could I have sprained my toes and/or my foot? I have pushed around my foot and there's no pain anywhere, but the toes are sore and wiggling them or bending them provokes pain too. It is mainly my last 3 toes, but the big one hurts some too. Anyone have any suggestions as to what this is or could be and what to do for it? Thank you!

Anyone have any advice? Was hoping to get some because I really didn't want to have to go to the doctor without trying to figure it out at home first. Thanks!
