What can lumps on the armpit be from? Well it's actually one lump on my left armpit. I am now on my period (I dont know it that helps or not), I have arthritis in my neck.
Any suggestions!!!

Last summer I noticed a small lump in my left armpit. It was soft and moveable. The doctor told me it was swollen sweat gland, kind of like a cyst.

yesterday is when i first noticed it....so i dont't know.
it's maybe 1/2 inch...im not good on measurements.
i'm not sure if i have other symptoms or not.

Hi,
I have had a golf ball size lump that comes and goes under my arm for about 15 years and I have been assurd on many occasions it's nothing to worry about. During my pregnancies it was worst. I also have a fibro adenoma in the same side in my breast which feels like a pea (scary I know) but has been scanned and biopsied etc and is fine. Fibro adenomas are little lumps and you can also get them in your armpit so maybe it's one of them? But definitely worth getting it checked out.
