Hello all, it's been a while.
I have had my share of acid reflux and I am just about damn tired of it. For me, it's diet and weight. If I would lose weight and cut out a lot of the fried/refined/spicy foods I eat, it would solve a lot of problems.
But there just seems to be something new going on. It seems like when I eat things now, I can feel them stuck in my throat/crawl. I can force parts of it up in a non-vomit type style. Anyone know what's going on or have had this happen before?

Although I've never heard of the term "crawl" before, yes food getting stuck in the throat can be a common symptom associated with GERD. If it persists for longer than two weeks, you should see your doctor.
