its a bump with redness around it and it hurts im scared and im only 14 years old so what do you think and yes i am sexually active but i havent had sex in a while i recieved oral sex though 2 months ago and now the bump is poppin up what do you think

The most likely thing is an infected hair folicle. You need to see a doctor or maybe there is a youth clinic in your area. If it is just bacteria attacking a hair root, you will need an antibacterial cream such as Fucidin. Just don't ignore it because it could turn nasty.
