Recently I’ve been experiencing symptoms of menopause. Usually I feel hot flashes and a lot of mood swings. I’m not sure if there is anything that I can take. I realy can’t go to doctor because I don’t have insurance. Any suggestion?

Ideally, you should get your hormones checked so that you know where your levels are and what, if anything, your lacking in. Until you can do that, though, they're are some hormone balancing products sold at health stores that you can take that may help. Before I got my hormones checked, I tried something called Estrotone that helped for a while. It still works pretty good. It may help alleviate your symptoms until you can get to the doctor. <removed>

Look up Amberen. A friend told me about it recently but I decided I can't take it because of some of the ingredients. She said it helped with her hotflashes. I wish I had hot flashes. Instead of those I'm getting epileptic seizures!!! Hotflashes would be easier to deal with.
